Becoming a partner
To be an authorised partner of OctaHost, you agree to abide by the terms in this agreement. Please read it carefully before registering for and using the OctaHost partner program. By signing up, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement. Our partner program is designed to help you generate income in exchange for referring or creating new hosting clients for our company.
1. Commission structure
All products/services listed on our website except Domains, Licenses and Add-On products are eligible for partner commission, on the following slabs (sales considered excluding GST and any other taxes):

| Moderator | Beginner margin + 20% of sale after ₹50,000 and under ₹2.5 lakh in a quarter |
| Pro | Moderator margin + 25% of sale after ₹2.5 lakh in a quarter |
Quarters are Jan–Mar, Apr–Jun, Jul–Sep and Oct–Dec.
2. Payment
₹500 is added as a bonus to your partner account on successful signup. Partners can place a withdrawal request any time once the account has a minimum of ₹2,000; payouts are made directly to the partner's registered bank account within 2 working days of the request. A referral is counted when a unique customer first clicks a tracking link and, within 365 days, completes signup and stays active for 30 days. Partner accounts must be active at the time of the referral; no fee is given for sales that occurred before you joined. Commission is approved 3 working days after the client's purchase date.
3. Reversals
Referrals must have an active hosting account for 30 consecutive days or referral fees will be reversed. Referrals that downgrade their package will be reversed. Referrals that issue a chargeback or are found to be fraudulent (false information, fake/stolen cards, counterfeit goods, etc.) will be reversed regardless of how much time has passed. Referrals that cancel before you reach the minimum payout will be reversed.
4. Advertising compliance
Partners MAY NOT: offer cash back, rewards or other incentives to drive traffic/sales via affiliate links; use traffic generated by pay-to-click, pay-to-read, banner/click exchanges, CPV, pop-ups, SPAM or purchased traffic; use cookie-stuffing; bid on or use our company name, trademark or misspelled keywords for PPC on search engines; use our trademark or misspelled keywords in domain names or page titles; copy our website or portions of it; advertise business-opportunity sites or use practices that attract fraudulent or low-retention customers; or place our banners/links on sites containing adult or exploitative content. Partners are responsible for ensuring their tracking code works; referral fees are not paid for tracking errors caused by editing, masking, redirecting or tampering with links.
5. Deactivation
Partner accounts may be deactivated at any time without warning. Your account will be deactivated and referral fees set to 0 for failure to comply with these Partner Program terms or the advertising-compliance rules. Any false or misleading advertising, or suspected fraudulent activity, results in immediate deactivation. Partners may not resell hosting, and all clients must provide their own payment method and contact information to be eligible for referral fees. To discontinue your partnership, simply remove your affiliate links; for accounting purposes your account and personal information will not be removed from our system.
6. Agreement
By registering as a partner, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue the registration process, discontinue your use of the partner program, or deactivate your account if you are already a member. OctaHost is under no duty to monitor or police customers' activities and disclaims responsibility for any misuse of the OctaHost network.
